These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and tk987 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern your access to and use of the tk987 website, mobile platform, games, betting markets, promotions and all related services available at tk987.org and its associated domains. • You must hold only one account on tk987. Duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

• Account sharing is prohibited. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account under any circumstances.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before processing withdrawals or when prompted by the platform's compliance procedures. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of address.
• tk987 reserves the right to close or merge accounts where it reasonably believes that a single individual operates more than one account, regardless of whether different personal details were used during registration.

Deposits & Withdrawals

tk987 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank and other major Bangladeshi scheduled banks. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tk987 does not currently support deposits or withdrawals in foreign currencies; no currency conversion services are offered through the platform.

Withdrawals at tk987 are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy is in place to protect players against fraud and to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses that have been claimed by the player's account.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for most supported payment methods. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to change.
• Deposits are credited to the player's account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Any delays in crediting are typically caused by the payment provider and are not within tk987's direct control.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed faster than bank transfers. tk987 targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted before the daily processing cut-off, subject to verification requirements being met.
• tk987 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Players are responsible for any fees levied by their bank or mobile wallet provider.
• tk987 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if the account is under review, if there is a pending KYC verification, or if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or abusive activity on the account.

Where tk987 determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, it reserves the right to take immediate action including account suspension, permanent account closure, confiscation of balances implicated in the breach, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities. tk987 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades and events beyond tk987's reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, network outages, governmental actions and third-party payment provider failures) may temporarily affect availability. tk987 will use reasonable efforts to restore service as promptly as possible in such circumstances.

Account Termination

tk987 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules or bonus abuse policies.
• The player has provided false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• tk987 is required to do so by applicable law, a court order, or the direction of a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• The player has requested voluntary self-exclusion or account closure. Players who have voluntarily closed their account may request reinstatement after a cooling-off period, subject to completing any outstanding verification requirements.
